It is my understanding a plaid is “familial lineage”??? I know you are retired Erin…but apologies for redundancy?? Plaids and the knit stitches on those bulky wood sweaters. …were in lieu of name tags. Identification, well before fingerprints. I may have been duped into believing an interesting story. Aside from that; I am with you Erin….IF I ever get to England I would not quibble over a $ difference in the cost of tea. I envy your trip and tour of Jane Austen’s history. Great pictures. The architecture you photographed is lost art…glad to see it being preserved. Thank you for sharing. Where next???
It’s been fun remembering my trip to Bath as you’ve described yours. Cheers and ta for the memories. She who must be obeyed is awfully sweet and being a pretty good girl. I’m about to start prepping her for Mr Hudson’s arrival.
Aieee. You must be having fun, hung over or exhausted. Meanwhile those of us addicted to living vicariously through your blog are obsessively checking it multiples times of day. Hope all is well are you are loving London.
